David began his real estate career in 1998, specializing in commercial real estate before following his passion for rural land. In 2006, he transitioned exclusively to land sales, building nearly two decades of specialized experience before joining AFM Real Estate in 2016. Since then, David has successfully represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of timberland, recreational, agricultural, conservation, and investment properties throughout North Florida, Southwest Georgia, and Southeast Alabama.
